Note from Property Manager: When Driveway Blocked

Note to guests:

Do not block the driveway access easement in yellow. This is the primary means of entrance and exit for the property and is a critical passage emergency personnel to access the property.

In the event of an emergency, any individual parked in this area can be towed by the City or emergency officials.

If the easement in yellow is blocked, the neighbors to the West have granted permission for guests to use their driveway (which is to the West of the central flower bed in the driveway) or you can park alongside the property at 521 as long as you leave room for anyone to enter and exit.

If emergency personnel absolutely need to enter and the area in yellow is blocked, please contact:

  1. Property managers and owners of 521 1/2 (Charles, Luis. Grant)- casa.el.nido.sf@gmail.com

  2. The legal representative of the neighbor at 521 - slate@slatestern.com

  3. The Short Term Rental Office: The neighboring property owner to the South, Adela Duran, operates a short-term rental business out of her property, according to the Land Use Office and public notices she sent out. Please alert the STR office which should have the contact info of Ms. Duran's short term rental tenants if anyone needs to move.
